Still limited helium supplies to the UK & pretty much everywhere else by the sounds of it. Hopefully after August the supplies will start to trickle down the chain to the Balloon Industry and things can get back to normal.

Having alot of panic calls for balloons as decorator has 'let them down' I think this is more likely to be due to the national Helium shortage. I will always honour my fully paid bookings first so need to worry.
Helium is used as a critical element for MRI scanners as it is the only natural gas that will sustain it's inert properties whilst cooled to minus 270 degrees. Balloon gas is a by-product of Grade A helium, it’s a dirty useless gas that if it wasn’t used by the party industry – it would be vented into the air.
When balloon & party companies pay for their balloon gas they are subsidising the Grade A helium and therefore reducing it’s cost.

So – balloon gas reduces the cost of an MRI scan.

We have a huge selection of designs available without helium and there is no limit to my design skills to create 'just for you'. There is nothing stopping you having the décor you hoped for..you will actually find that without helium, the décor is alot more broader and exciting and of course anything air filled will last for alot longer.
