Prices quoted will include delivery & set up where specified & all 'start from' prices are 'guides' for standard decor within a 10 mile radius of Great Barr, Birmingham. Unless otherwise stated & by prior arrangment, Blissful Balloons do not return to your venue to remove/dispose of decor. Materials left on site other than hire equipment are the property of the customer. Where decor requirements are 'tailored' i.e. added design work, Hi-Float to latex balloons, larger than standard, outside of local area, additional charges will be added to incorporate this. Should changes to your order be made after agreement is signed, additional costs will be 'added' to the final balance. If such changes reduce the overall total of your booking this must meet the minimum order subject to location (excludes collections)

PLEASE READ IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they choose the correct delivery option. Please always order at least two working days prior to your required delivery date (excluding Sunday's & Bank Holiday's). Also ensure adequate clearance time for your payment in order for us to meet your delivery date.
All orders for Blissful Bouquets will be delivered in a balloon box Via Royal Mail unless collected. Once your Box has been handed over to Royal Mail, we have no control or influence over your order. Please note that Royal Mail do not 'Leave' parcels if the address is unoccupied. An 'attempted delivery' card will be left for the recipient to collect the box from your Local Post Office/Sorting Office.
In the case of a strike by Royal Mail we reserve the right to use an alternative courier to make deliveries. Please note in these circumstances guarantee 'on the day' delivery times (1pm) do not apply and deliveries will take place before the end of the working day.

The following options are only available on orders placed before 2pm Mon - Thurs - UK mainland only
*Standard Delivery: This Option is FREE please only select when time is of no urgency. Usually taking 3-5 working days but not guaranteed.
1st Class Royal Mail: This option aims to deliver next day, Monday-Saturday but is not guaranteed. So we will post the day before your chosen delivery date.
On the day guaranteed before 1pm Monday -Friday: This option is special delivery guaranteed before 1pm excluding Saturday. A signature will be required for this method of delivery.
On The Day Guaranteed Before 1pm Saturday: This Option is guaranteed Before 1pm Saturday
